In commissioning me you are Agreeing in all my Terms of Sevice.

Timing:• Waiting time is 1 to 4 weeks
It depends on how complex your commission request is. I try to work fast but with care, without rushing!• This estimation excludes unforeseen events beyond my control that could delay the work. Should anything occur, I will inform you promptly and we can discuss how/when/if to proceed with your work.

I can prioritize your commission, but I cannot guarantee the completion of it if terms above are not respected, it's your responsibility to book the commission with a good margin of time.

Working phase:• Consistent communication is mandatory in the initial phase of work (sketching).
I'll send work in progress updates to check in with you if the work is in your liking and to keep you updated in general until the end of the work.• Changes can be made within reasons:
the sketching phase is the most acceptable time to ask for big changes, but anything can be discussed and evaluated in any moment of the work.

Public use:• Commissioned art is for personal use only, commercial use is not allowed.• You are not allowed to modify my work in anyway, shape or form.• If a change is needed for any reason at the end of work we can discuss how to proceed. I could go back and work with the art with an additional fee (that will be less than the total price of the commission). If the modification request is minimal I’ll do it for free!• I will keep all the rights to my art!
I'll may post it in my socials (listed in my carrd). This topic can be discussed in private, if needed.
_{I am pretty slow sometimes to post, but I try to add any work into my gallery, tell me if you’d like to be tagged and/or notified privately when I do so.}• All my finished piece will contain my signature and year, it cannot be removed (it will be well hidden).• The commissioner (or any person with their consent) can post the commission anywhere they please, possibly with credits.

Client and artist Etiquette:• I won't accept rude, rushing or harassing behaviours, racist or hateful ideology will result in blacklisting without refunds.• I have the right to refuse any work or client.
If this happens I will write to you the motivation(s) for the interruption of work, I won't ghost you.• Refunds can be discussed if a problem arose.
I cannot guarantee a full refund if the commission is already started and it's past the sketching phase.• I keep the freedom to update and modify my TOS if I see fit at any point, any time for any reason. I advise to check them at any commission request.
